How Therapy Can Help
You do not need a perfect explanation or a specific diagnosis before reaching out. Therapy can begin with what you are noticing and what you would like to change.
A supportive place to work with painful memories, trauma responses, shame, and experiences that still feel present.
Care for persistent worry, panic, low mood, self-criticism, overwhelm, or feeling disconnected and stuck.
Support for pregnancy-related anxiety, postpartum adjustment, birth trauma, and changes in identity or relationships.
Compassionate space for bereavement, miscarriage, stillbirth, pregnancy after loss, and emotions that may be difficult to name.
Therapy through relationship changes, family stress, career shifts, identity questions, and other major turning points.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Online therapy offers a private, flexible way to connect with a licensed Utah therapist without adding a commute to your day.
A Personalized Approach
Keyla may draw from the approaches below based on your goals, preferences, readiness, and clinical needs. Not every modality is appropriate for every client.
When appropriate, EMDR may help you process difficult experiences without requiring you to describe every detail. You remain informed and in control of the pace.
Explore how thoughts, feelings, and actions interact, then practice realistic ways to shift patterns that are no longer helping.
Build practical skills for managing intense emotions, navigating stress, communicating clearly, and responding with greater intention.
Approach different parts of your experience with curiosity and compassion while strengthening a steadier relationship with yourself.
Practice noticing the present moment with less judgment so you can respond to thoughts and emotions more intentionally.
A Simple Place to Begin
Begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to ask questions, briefly discuss what you are looking for, and decide whether scheduling therapy with Keyla feels appropriate. The consultation is not a therapy session.
